Delicious Keto Friendly Mayo Recipe
The taste of mayonnaise takes me back to childhood. As much as I love those memories of deliciousness, this Keto Friendly Mayo is even better.
If youve tried to make homemade mayo, but found it hard to get it right, dear not! This is sooo easy.
Remember, my mission is to keep thinks simple in the kitchen. If it wasn’t simple, I wouldn’t make it.
With just 3-4 ingredients, you will have healthy mayo you can use in any recipe. Think salads and sauces.
Everything will taste better if you use this homemade mayo recipe instead of the store bought brands with sugar and other ingredients your body doesn’t need.
1 egg yolk
1 t Dijon mustard
1t fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 t very cold water
1/8 – 1/2 t salt depending on taste
3/4 cup avocado oil
You can wisk your mayo, blend it (if you double the recipe), use and Emerson blender, or use a food processor. I use a mini Oscar food process.
The best choices are either the Emersion blender or a small food processor. I found the consistence it thicker and it’s easier to control the blending process.
Here are the directions
Put egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, and cold water in your food processor. Turn on the food processor with voile through the top one is running.
